Towells cannot contend that we are better than other Law Firms, but we are certainly different.  We also maintain a great interest in environmental issues, frequently exceeding Carbon Trust targets.  We were one of the first Firms in the country to run an electric hybrid car.  Towells has also worked with Yorkshire Water to introduce conservation measures, which have significantly reduced our usage.  We also lead the way on Renewable Energy and our next project will see the installation of grid-connected photovoltaic Solar Panels and direct-drive Wind Generators on Thornhill House.  We still have our share of gas-guzzling Lawyers, but we are working on reducing our Carbon emissions.
